I wrote this song after some family junk was coming up. I was being tested myself, in my faith at the time and I was facing some tough decisions, namely with whether or not to change my major. I remember being very overwhelmed with everything at the time and this song sort of just came out of my thoughts, prayers, and difficulties. It is still one of my favorite songs because it still keeps me grounded and reminds me of God's love and faithfulness even when times turn rough again. He will always be there.
